Hand-off to Dexta HRWith Dexta HR (otherwise stages stay in Refer)
On "in review" the candidate is sent to HR's hiring pipeline, and the stage then follows HR. Failed sends retry for up to 12 tries.
Under-18 flag
Flags candidates under 18 for guardian consent.
Hire linked to Hub
The hire is matched to their Hub account, so the joining and leaving dates follow automatically.
Referral bonuses
Bonus policy
A flat amount, or an amount per role level, paid after a waiting period (90 days by default).
Bonus follows the hire
The bonus is recorded on hire and falls due after the waiting period. It is cancelled if the hire leaves early and restored if the exit is withdrawn.
Paid through payroll
A due bonus goes to Dexta Pay as a one-off earning, and its Pay status shows in Refer. Without Pay, it is marked paid by hand.
Bonus board
Send, resend, refresh, cancel or mark paid. An admin can never act on their own referral's bonus.
Notifications
The referrer and admins hear about stage and bonus changes through the bell and email.
Data protection
Candidate erasure on schedule
Candidates who were not hired are erased on the company's retention schedule from the Hub, leaving "Candidate (erased)".
