For IT heads
Run it on our cloud in India, or on your own server, with your Microsoft sign-in.
The same eleven apps either way. One Linux server, your identity provider, encrypted backups that stay in India, a full export of your data whenever you want it, and a helpdesk your IT team can run from day one.
What you get
Six answers for your security review, and your helpdesk.
- 01
One Linux server, or our cloud in India
All eleven apps run on one Linux server with Docker: 4 cores and 8 GB of memory at minimum, with disk sized from your staff numbers. It can sit on the internet with free Let's Encrypt certificates, or inside your office network with no public name, using its own certificate authority or your own certificate. Upgrades go to a named release, with a check first and a rollback to the backup taken just before.

Backups you can prove
Every database and the uploaded files are dumped daily and encrypted (AES-256). Encrypted copies go off the server every six hours to storage in an Indian region and are kept 400 days. Each backup is read back to the end before it counts, and an hourly check emails you about a stale backup or a filling disk.
Security and privacy → - 03
Your sign-in and your directory
Single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or another OIDC provider. Entra ID sync through Microsoft Graph (read only), or Active Directory over LDAPS, with a guard against mass switch-offs. Single-sign-on-only mode keeps one to five break-glass admins, and two-step sign-in can be made compulsory.
Dexta Hub → - 04
Access set once, revoked everywhere
Nine ready-made access profiles and a question-by-question "who does what" wizard, with a preview before any change is saved. Linked AD groups become access groups. Revoking someone shuts them out of every app within about two minutes.

One helpdesk for IT, HR and finance
Dexta Desk comes with IT, HR and Finance desks and 18 categories. Your agents see the requester's location, manager and employee code from the Hub, so nobody asks who they are. SLA clocks count only your working hours and holidays from the Hub's calendar, and a job every five minutes escalates unanswered Urgent and High tickets. Grievances on the HR desk are confidential: the requester is masked, and even system admins can't read them unless they work on the HR desk. Reports show SLA compliance, resolution times and satisfaction per desk, with a CSV export.

Your data, and your DPO's tools
Export everything in one zip at any time, approved by a second admin, with a one-time download link. Your DPO gets a consent register, data requests, a retention schedule with legal holds, and a breach register with the 6-hour CERT-In and 72-hour Board clocks.

Built in
How the suite is put together.
- Each app has its own database user and its own sign-in; only the Hub holds the private sign-in key
- Bank account numbers, PANs and single sign-on and mail passwords encrypted with per-app keys
- HSTS, a content security policy and frame protection on every page
- Sign-in limits per account, address and email, and passwords of 12 characters or more
- Logs never carry names, emails or salaries from database errors
- A health address on each app for your uptime monitor
- Mail through your own SMTP server, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- An IT helpdesk, an IT set-up queue for joiners, and an asset register for laptops and phones
Not yet: ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. We'll walk you through how data is stored and backed up, and the own-server option keeps everything inside your network. Larger installs can run several copies of each app behind a load balancer, with one copy running the scheduled jobs.
In the demo
What we'd show you.
- The "who does what" access screen. Profiles, groups filled by a rule, and the preview before saving.
- The privacy screen. A data request worked through, and the breach register's clocks.
- The IT queue in Desk. A ticket with its SLA clock running on your working hours, the requester's details from the Hub, and the SLA report.
- The deploy guide. Sizing, certificates, backups, upgrades and rollback, for your own server.
Among the big HR suites, none of Zoho, Keka, greytHR, Darwinbox or PeopleStrong offered a client's-own-server option on their websites when we checked on 15 October 2026.
