Moving your HR and payroll from greytHR or Zoho People.
Migration is a paid service run by our team, not a do-it-yourself upload. You send us your exports. We match the columns, check every file and bring the data across one step at a time. Each step is checked first, and anything that doesn't fit comes back to you in a problems file.

We run a test payroll in Dexta Pay and compare it with your old system's salary register, line by line, for you to sign off.
Undo before go-live
Until the company goes live, the migrated data can be taken back out of Pay, Time and HR, with a preview of what will go.
Saved column matchings
A column matching saved for one company's greytHR export is reused for the next, so your move doesn't start from scratch.
Old payslips kept
Old payslips and records from your previous system come into Dexta Pay as an archive, so employees still find them in one place.
How long a move takes depends on how many years and how much data you bring. We plan the dates with you once we've seen your exports. Today the guided move covers greytHR and Zoho People.
From Tally
Bring your books into Dexta Books.
Books reads Tally's XML export. You can start at the beginning of a year or part-way through one.
- Tally masters: groups, ledgers, parties, stock items and opening balances, with an undo
- Tally day book: vouchers after your opening date, brought in as journal entries
- Unpaid invoices, bills and advances brought in bill by bill, so ageing ties to the ledger
- A mid-year start that brings the year's income and expenses so far, with an undo
- Last year's audited figures entered line by line, so your first statements show comparatives
- Your fixed asset register from a file, and Excel templates for data from other software

Onboarding file
Everyone in from one Excel file.
No Active Directory? No problem. Upload one Excel or CSV file of your employees and Dexta does the rest.
- Up to 20,000 rows and 17 columns in one file
- The file is checked first; any problems come back to you in a file to fix
- Re-uploading the same file updates people, and can mark leavers
- Welcome or temporary-password emails go out in batches, at a pace you set

Attendance machines
Keep your eSSL and ZKTeco machines.
No need to buy new hardware. Most networked eSSL and ZKTeco models, and look-alikes that speak the same push protocol (ADMS), send punches straight to Dexta Time.
- Only registered machines are accepted; an unknown one waits for HR's approval
- Machine users are matched to people by HR's map or by employee code; unknown punches are held for HR
- For machines that can't push, import the export files from eTimeTrack, ZKTime or Att2000, BioTime, or a USB download
