Partners

Grow with Dexta, client by client.

Two ways to work with us: as a CA firm that keeps its clients' books in Dexta Books, or as an implementation partner who helps companies set up and move across.

For CA firms

The CA firm partner programme

Keep every client's books and filings in Dexta Books, with your staff assigned client by client. When a client wants payroll, HR and expenses too, refer them to the full suite.

What you get

  • The Books firm plan: partners act as admin on every client, and staff see only the clients they're assigned.
  • GST, TDS, ITR-6, the tax audit (3CD) and AOC-4 from each client's own ledger.
  • One client's books handed over, or restored from a backup, without touching the others.
  • A referral share on suite sales to clients you introduce.

Exact terms, including the referral share, are to be confirmed with each partner.

For implementation partners

Implementation partners

HR, payroll and accounting consultants and IT firms who help a company get Dexta running, alongside our team.

The work

  • Setting up the company once in the Hub: people, departments, locations, holidays and access.
  • Installing Dexta on a client's own server: one Linux server with Docker, with encrypted backups.
  • Moving clients across from greytHR, Zoho People or Tally, with a test payroll comparison before go-live.
  • Training HR, finance and managers on their part of the month.

Exact terms are to be confirmed with each partner.

How to start

Write to us. No form needed.

Tell us your firm's name and city, what work you do for clients, and roughly how many clients might use Dexta. We'll set up a call and a demo of Books' firm plan or the full suite.
