Worked example, 100 staff
greytHR Growth: ₹4,495 + 50 × ₹85 = ₹8,745 a month. Adding the Timesheets and Expense add-ons for all 100 people adds 100 × ₹35 + 100 × ₹35 = ₹7,000, so ₹15,745 a month before Performance, Recruit or GST.

Hosting
greytHR: a cloud service. Its security page lists ISO 27001 and SOC 2, AES-256 encryption at rest and multi-zone cloud hosting. It doesn't name a hosting region, and we found no on-premise offer.
Dexta: our cloud in India, or your own server. Hosting options.
Accounting
greytHR: doesn't do accounting. A Tally connector pushes payroll journal vouchers into Tally, with an add-on on the Tally side.
Dexta: Books keeps your ledger. Payroll and expense claims post into it by themselves, and GST returns, TDS files and the year-end come from it.
Switching
Our team moves you from greytHR in checked steps: structure, people, leave, payroll and year-to-date figures, loans and advances, declarations and documents. You compare a test payroll with greytHR's register, and can undo until go-live.
