What changes
One employee record, from the timesheet to the tax return.
A typical services firm joins up an HR tool, a timesheet tool, an expense tool, a helpdesk and Tally. In Dexta the same person, project and department run through Time, Pay, Spend, Growth, Skills, Refer, Desk and Books, and nobody re-types a number.
Timesheets by project, approved in one pass
Staff fill a weekly grid against the projects they are allocated to, by task type. Managers approve, send a week back with a note, or approve every clean sheet in one click: any week within 10% of target hours goes through, and the rest are flagged.
- Projects carry a client name, a billable flag, budget hours and a project manager
- Allocate people by percentage, one at a time or in bulk
- Approved weeks lock; you decide who may reopen them
- Reminders before the deadline and a daily digest for approvers

Billable hours you can report on
Eight timesheet views (by project, client, department, employee, task, week, detail and attendance) with a billable filter, each downloadable to Excel or all together in one workbook. Every profile shows billable hours over the last five weeks.
- Utilisation and attendance on the manager's dashboard
- Unpaid days from timesheets and leave go straight to payroll

Your Microsoft sign-in, your directory
People sign in with their Microsoft work account (or Okta or Google Workspace), using your own identity provider. Joiners and leavers follow your Entra ID or Active Directory, with a preview before each sync and a guard that stops mass switch-offs.
- Linked AD groups become access groups in Dexta
- Single-sign-on-only mode, with one to five break-glass admins
- Two-step sign-in you can make compulsory
- Access revoked in every app within about two minutes

Your own server when a client contract asks
Many client NDAs and master agreements say where staff and project data may live. Dexta runs the same product on our cloud in India or on a Linux server in your own office, even one with no public internet name.
- Encrypted daily backups, copied every six hours to an Indian region and kept 400 days
- Each app keeps its own database and its own sign-in
- Export all your data at any time, approved by a second admin

Reviews that use the work people actually did
KPIs fill themselves from Dexta: timesheets submitted on time, attendance, helpdesk tickets resolved, verified skills. Connect your own Jira Cloud and Salesforce accounts and issues resolved, story points, revenue closed and quota attainment come in as KPI actuals too.
- KPIs and OKRs on one scorecard, with weights checked before it goes out
- Self, manager and anonymous 360 feedback
- Decided increments go to Pay as a draft salary revision

Staff a project from inside the company
Paste a client's job description and see your people ranked by match, with the skills each one has and is missing. Only skills a manager has verified count.
- Four levels from beginner to expert, each verified by the manager
- Team and company views of skills by category and level

Hire through the engineers you already have
Staff refer people they know with a résumé, and a duplicate check stops the same candidate being referred twice. Referred candidates move into Dexta HR's hiring pipeline, and the bonus follows the hire.
- Nine stages, from submitted to hired
- Bonus due after a waiting period (90 days by default), cancelled if the hire leaves early
- Paid as a one-off earning in the next payroll

A helpdesk for laptops, access and payslip questions
IT, HR and Finance desks come ready with 18 categories, such as laptop, access, payroll and reimbursement. SLA clocks count only your working hours, and urgent tickets escalate by themselves.
- Agents see the requester's location, manager and employee code from the Hub
- Tickets resolved and SLA met % become KPIs in Growth for your support staff

Not yet: Dexta does not raise client invoices from approved hours. Today you download billable hours by client and project to Excel, and invoice from Books or your current tool. Jira and Salesforce links need your own accounts and are off until you connect them.
