Keka: not published. Its India pricing page lists HR plans (Foundation, Strength and Growth), hiring plans and Project Services plans without prices, and its FAQ mentions a nominal setup fee. Ask Keka for a quote.

Hosting
Keka: runs on Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS and keeps no customer data on local or on-premise infrastructure. Its security page doesn't name hosting regions.
