Company values and Cheer settings
Set the values cards are tagged with, decide whether cards need approval, and read the analytics.

What you’ll do: shape how recognition works in your company.
Who can do this: Cheer admins.
Steps
- In Dexta Cheer, open Values & settings under Administration.
- Under Recognition values, give each value a Label, an Icon and a Color, and click Add value. Deactivate hides one you no longer use.
- Under Policy, tick Require admin approval before sending if cards should be checked first, set the Sender display name, and click Save.
- If approval is on, open Approval queue and click Approve or Reject on each card.
Good to know
- An admin can also take a card off the feed with Remove from feed.
- Cheer keeps its own Audit log under Administration.
