Signing in and the app launcher

What you’ll do: sign in to Dexta Hub, open an app from the App launcher, and sign out again.

Who can do this: everyone with a Dexta account.

Steps

1. Open your company’s Dexta Hub address in a browser. You see Welcome back.
2. Type your work email under Email and click Continue.
3. Type your Password and click Sign in. If your company uses single sign-on, you see Continue with and your provider’s name instead: click it and sign in there.
4. If two-step sign-in is on, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
5. You land on the App launcher. Click Open on an app’s tile. It opens already signed in, so you never sign in again for each app.
6. To sign out, click the sign-out icon next to your name at the bottom left, then Log out. Sign out everywhere signs you out on every device at once.

Good to know

• Forgot your password? Click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, type your email and click Send reset link. The link works for 30 minutes. If your company hasn’t set up email yet, the page tells you to ask your administrator.
• A tile that says Not included in your plan is an app your company hasn’t switched on.
• Your own details, the phone-app install card and notifications live under My Profile in the left menu.
• Org admins also see Finish setting up your organisation on the launcher until all ten set-up steps are done.
