Approving skills

What you’ll do: check your team’s skill ratings so the skills matrix can be trusted.

Who can do this: managers, for the people who report to them. Skills admins can decide for anyone. Nobody approves their own.

Steps

1. In Dexta Skills, open Approvals and look at Pending approvals.
2. If you think the level is wrong, change it in the level dropdown.
3. Click Approve.
4. Or click Reject, write a Note and click Reject. The person sees your note.
5. Open Team dashboard to see your team’s approved skills.

Good to know

• Who reports to whom comes from Dexta Hub.
• Only approved skills count in the JD skill match.
