Your payslip, salary and bank details

What you’ll do: find your payslips and salary, and ask to change your bank account.

Who can do this: every employee.

Steps

1. In Dexta Pay, open My Payslips. Click View to see a month, or Download PDF to save it.
2. Open My Salary for your Annual CTC, the Monthly breakup and the History of changes.
3. To change your salary account, open Bank Details, enter the new account and click Send for approval. A payroll admin approves it under Account Changes before the next run uses it.
4. For a loan or salary advance, open My Loans and click Request a loan, then Submit request.

Good to know

• Your payslip shows up once the month’s run is approved.
• Managers see their team’s names in Pay, never their salaries.
• Payroll admins can’t change their own salary or bank details. Another payroll admin does it.
