Giving recognition
Send a colleague a thank-you card linked to one of your company's values.

What you’ll do: thank a colleague in a card everyone can see.
Who can do this: every employee.
Steps
- In Dexta Cheer, click Give recognition in the menu (or on the Dashboard).
- Under Who are you recognizing?, pick the colleague.
- If it fits, pick the value it reflects.
- Write What did they do?
- In the Appreciation card panel, click Write it yourself, or Generate with AI if your company has set it up. Use Edit message to change the words.
- Click Send appreciation.
Good to know
- If your company checks cards before they go out, you’ll see Sent for approval instead.
- My recognition shows the cards you’ve sent and received. Recent highlights on the Dashboard shows the whole company’s.
- Cheer is about saying thank you: there are no points or rewards.
