JD skill match

What you’ll do: find people inside the company for a role or project before you hire.

Who can do this: Skills admins.

Steps

1. In Dexta Skills, open JD skill match under Administration.
2. Paste the job description, or upload it as a PDF or .docx file.
3. Click Find Matches.
4. Read Required skills identified to check Dexta picked out the right skills.
5. The table lists each Employee with their Match, Matched skills and Missing skills.

Good to know

• Only approved skills count, so keep approvals up to date.
• The missing skills are a ready list for training.
