KPIs and OKRs on your scorecard
Agree your scorecard of KPIs and OKRs with your manager, or ask for a change.
Updated 15 October 2026
What you’ll do: read the scorecard your manager sent, then agree it or ask for a change.
Who can do this: employees agree their own. Managers write and send them. HR keeps templates and the library.
For employees
- In Dexta Growth, open Goals, then My scorecard. You see your KPIs and OKRs with their targets and weights.
- Read it. If it’s right, click Agree, add a note if you like, and click Agree and lock.
- If something should change, click Ask for a change, write What should change, and why? and click Send my note. Your manager gets it.
- Follow the conversation in Conversation and history.
For managers
- Open Team scorecards and pick a person. Click Edit scorecard.
- Add KPIs and OKRs and set weights. They must add up to 100.
- Click Send to the person.
For HR
- Open Templates and click New template. Give it a Name, add goals, and click Save and publish.
- On a published template, click Apply to people. Pick the Template, the Cycle and the people, click Preview, then Apply to n people.
- Keep common goals in the KPI & OKR library with New KPI and New objective.
Good to know
- A scorecard goes Draft, Sent to employee, then Agreed and locked (or Change asked).
- Once locked, use Ask to change it. The approver can Approve change or Refuse change.
- Some KPIs can take their actuals from Jira or Salesforce once your company connects its own account under Settings and Integrations. Until then they show Not connected.
