The company feed and your own recognition
See the latest thank-you cards across the company, search them by date or person, and look back at the cards you've given and received.

What you’ll do: read the recognition going round the company, and find your own cards.
Who can do this: every employee.
Steps
- In Dexta Cheer, open Dashboard. The top shows your Recognitions received and Recognitions sent.
- Recent highlights shows the latest cards across the whole company.
- Under Company recognition, pick a Date range (Recent (last 30 days), Current month, Last month, Last 3 months or Custom range) and type a name under Employee to find someone’s cards. Reset filters clears both.
- For your own cards, open My recognition and switch between Received and Given.
- Click one of your cards to open it on its own page.
Good to know
- A card on the feed opens only for the person who sent it, the person who got it and Cheer admins.
- A card still waiting for an admin shows Awaiting approval, and it isn’t on the company feed yet.
- Your Hub profile shows how many cards you’ve received and the latest one.
