Referral bonuses

What you’ll do: decide what a successful referral earns and get it paid with salary.

Who can do this: Refer admins.

Steps

1. In Dexta Refer, open Referral bonuses. Under Bonus policy, tick Pay a referral bonus for hires.
2. Under Amount, choose The same for every hire and enter the Bonus (₹), or By role level and Add level for each.
3. Set the Waiting period after joining (days) and click Save policy.
4. For bonuses by level, the recruiter picks the role level on the referral in All Referrals.
5. When a bonus is due, click Send now (or Send when due). It goes to Dexta Pay and shows With payroll, then Paid with salary.

Good to know

• Without Dexta Pay, pay it yourself and click Mark paid.
• Hired with no bonus lists hires with no bonus set. Give bonus adds one.
• A bonus can be cancelled with Cancel before it’s paid.
