Recognition analytics
See how much recognition is going round, who gives and gets the most, and which values come up.

What you’ll do: check that recognition is reaching everyone, not just a few.
Who can do this: Cheer admins.
Steps
- In Dexta Cheer, open Analytics under Administration.
- Pick the period, for example the last 30 days.
- Read the totals: Sent, Pending approval and Rejected.
- Look at Recognition volume over time, Most recognized, Most active recognizers and By value.
- For the cards themselves, open Company recognition on the Dashboard and filter by Date range or Employee.
Good to know
- A value nobody uses may need explaining, or retiring under Values & settings.
