Reviewing referrals
Look at each referral, read the resume, and move it on, straight into Dexta HR's pipeline.

What you’ll do: review referrals and hand the good ones to hiring.
Who can do this: recruiters (TA) and Refer admins.
Steps
- In Dexta Refer, open All Referrals. Filter with All stages to find new ones.
- Click Resume to download and read it.
- Change the Stage. Moving a referral to In Review hands it to Dexta HR as a candidate.
- From then on the stage follows HR. The referral shows With Dexta HR: the stage follows HR.
Good to know
- If the hand-over didn’t go through, the referral shows Not handed to Dexta HR. Click Retry.
- Without Dexta HR, you move the stages here yourself.
- The person who referred sees each stage on their My Referrals page.
